Senior Gardener / Horticulturist (two positions)

£35,000K to £65,000K depending on experience
This role is on a private country estate of 60 acres in the Cotswolds, centred on a 17th-century farmhouse, with 8 acres of formal and informal gardens with newly created lakes planned for 2027. The garden has evolved into something wonderful, and our ambition is simple: to create one of the finest gardens in the world, firmly in the English tradition.
We are looking for two experienced horticulturists to join our established team of three. You will help shape and deliver an ambitious long-term vision across rose gardens, meadows, borders, kitchen garden and water.
You will have serious horticultural training and experience, ideally including a notable garden or estate, deep plant knowledge and high standards of craft, and the energy to build something exceptional over many years.
This role does not come with accommodation, so candidates will need to live within commuting distance. Salary reflects experience, and for the right person, we will pay at the top of the range.
