Main Duties and Responsibilities:

The role includes the following activities while it is not limited to them

Installation Excellence

-       Lead and execute professional installations of live, artificial, and preserved planting displays in luxury and commercial environments

-       Interpret technical drawings, proposals, and design specifications from the Sales Department with precision

-       Select and use appropriate tools, fixtures, and mounting systems to ensure safe, secure, and aesthetically perfect installations

-       Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all displays meet company standards and design intent

-       Perform on-site adjustments, repairs, snagging, and post-installation corrections as required

-       Ensure proper plant care protocols are completed before handover to clients

Client Relationship Management

-       Act as the primary representative on site, delivering exceptional customer service

-       Communicate professionally and courteously with clients, addressing queries and concerns in real-time

-       Provide clients with care instructions and maintenance guidance where appropriate

-       Represent brand values and mission in every client interaction

-       Work respectfully and non-disruptively in occupied commercial and luxury residential spaces

Team Collaboration & Logistics

-       Collaborate closely with the Head of Projects, Warehouse Supervisor, and Customer Support to ensure seamless project delivery

-       Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting displays, products, tools, and equipment to job sites

-       Support team members to meet project deadlines and maintain delivery schedules

-       Maintain immaculate vehicle and tool housekeeping standards (5-star expectation)

Health, Safety & Compliance

-       Adhere to all health and safety procedures, protecting yourself, colleagues, and clients

-       Maintain current CSCS Card, IPAF certification, and other construction site credentials

-       Use appropriate PPE at all times and ensure safe working practices

-       Manage waste disposal and site cleanup in accordance with site rules and environmental standards

 

What We're Looking For

Qualifications:

-       Valid UK full and clean driving licence:

-       CSCS Card (minimum),

-       IPAF certification preferred or the willingness to be trained

-       First Aid at Work certification preferred or the willingness to train

Required Experience:

-       Minimum 2-3 years in planting, landscaping, interior fit-out, or similar trades

-       Experience interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and design proposals

Desirable Experience:

-       Experience with biophilic design, living walls, or luxury interior planting

-       Knowledge of plant care and horticultural best practices

-       Experience working in high-end residential or commercial environments

Skills:

-       Excellent Customer-facing skills: Professional communication, rapport and relationship building skills with the ability to represent a premium brand on site

-       Physical capability: Able to lift heavy items, work at height, and manage physically demanding tasks

-       Carpentry, joinery, or general construction skills. Confident using power tools, hand tools, and installation equipment safely and effectively
