Our client is looking for a Finance Assistant to join their Finance Team on a fixed term contract to support the processing of supplier invoices and staff/volunteer expenses.
Finance Assistant – Expenditure & Creditors (AP)
Contract type: Fixed-term contract (maternity cover) for 14 months (October 2026 – December 2027)
Working hours: Full time, 35 hours per week
Salary: £25,600 per annum
Location: Norwich, Norfolk, NR1
About The Employer
Our client is the county’s largest environmental charity, committed to the protection and enhancement of Norfolk’s wildlife and wild places.
The organisation is a registered charity and the oldest Wildlife Trust in the country. Established in 1926, they now manage over 60 nature reserves and other protected sites in Norfolk including ten kilometres of coastline, nine Norfolk broads, nine National Nature Reserves and five ancient woodlands.
About You and the Role
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar finance processing role, with the ability to efficiently and accurately process supplier invoices and staff/volunteer expenses. They will be organised, a good communicator with the ability to work in a team and to deadlines, as well as using their initiative.
