We are currently recruiting a Practice Engagement Officer to join us on a permanent, part-time basis (21 hours per week).
Partner Engagement Officer (Research in Practice)
Contract: Permanent
Work Pattern: Part Time, 21 hours per week (0.6 FTE).
Salary: £34,408 per annum, FTE (£20,665 per annum for 21 hours per week)
Location: Homebased – however NCB promotes a hybrid, flexible way of working, staff can work remotely or from our Newton Abbot, Devon TQ12 or Central Sheffield Research in Practice offices if they wish
About the Role
Research in Practice (RiP) works with organisations across social care, health, criminal justice and education to support professional learning. We create learning opportunities and resources by interpreting the latest research evidence, working with professionals to share practice wisdom, and listening to people with lived experience, in order to achieve positive outcomes for people of all ages.
This role is in our Partner Engagement Team which works with member organisations in the Research in Practice Partnership Network to build learning cultures and make best use of their membership offer. This role works across adults and child and family services and supports the implementation of evidence-informed workforce development across all levels of seniority.
